Mauss or Bogdan Florescu was born on 28th of april, 1988, in Bucharest, and his first contact with electronic music took place when he was 8 years old, during the first Prodigy concert in Romania. This was one of the reasons why he wanted to become a DJ, years later. Passionate about his new discovery, he started studying more and more the electronic music phenomenon, and began mixing with some friends. And so the story began… He started mixing in 2004, and in 2008 he joined the Lollipop team. 2009 was filled with professional achievements, marking his artistic debue on the Romanian clubbing scene. He mixed along Sebo, Herodot, Cristi Cons(after-hours parties at Mash-up), Dinky and Praslea(Diamon Club), Brothers’ Vibe and Sebo(Lollipop Beach Club, Navodari), Miss Fitz(Studio Martin), Piticu, Jeefo, Kozo, Miss I, Gescu, Xandru, Emi and Pedro. Some of the parties where he played are: After-hours and NYE 2010(Bubbles), Iarmaroc 2010, Halloween or not(Space Club), NYE(Embryo), Forest Grooves(Mogosoaia Forest) and Summer Set 2011 . His sound is a combination between minimal, tech house and deep.
